Cherry Latte

Great coffee for cold days.

COMPONENTS
  • 50 ml – coffee MK Cafe Premium

  • 200 ml – frothed milk 3.2% fat

  • 30 ml – white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon – cherry jam

PREPARATION

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add cubes of white chocolate and stir from time to time to until dissolved. In the meantime, prepare the coffee in a coffee machine. 
The milk should be pleasantly warm and slightly sweet. Be sure not to boil / do not overheat the milk. Then pour the milk into a pot / cup and foam the milk. At the bottom of the cup, add jam / preserves, cherries and then add the frothed milk. 
Finally, add freshly brewed coffee. You can sprinkle lightly cocoa.
