Mocha – a way to make homemade espresso
Popular in the north of Italy, it has a taste similar to espresso coffee prepared in a pressure coffee maker.
To get the perfect mocha:
Choose a good blend of finely ground coffee
Pour water into the coffee machine up to the valve level,
Pour coffee into the filter and press lightly, but remember that coffee should not be whipped strongly.
Place the coffee maker on a hot plate. At half volume turn off the heating and leave the jug on the hot plate until the last drop is released.
